About Us
City of Fremont Employees Association (CFEA) is the largest bargaining unit, representing more than 200 City of Fremont employees.
We are a diverse workgroup with varied levels of expertise and experience working in over 70 different classifications throughout various city departments such as Building, Code Enforcement, Environmental Services, Fire, Human Services, Information Technology, Park Planning & Design, Parks & Recreation, Planning, Police, and Urban Forestry, to name a few.
Many of our members are frontline staff interfacing with the public daily; serving the citizens of Fremont and our community at large.
